Do you have any other details that may be helpful in your search? I am an
American that is actually looking for my half-brother, which would be
Amerasian. My dad was married to a Vietnamese woman named "Kim"
when he was in the service. When he came home she would not come to the
states with him. He was told that she had a son and named him after his
him (which is also my dad), Fred Jackson Wilbanks.
My dad later married my mom is 1972 and then died in 1977. I am trying
to find my half-brother, whom would be older than me and would be by
his first wife in Vietnam.
I am the son of an american serviceman. I know that my father was in  Vietnam
during the war. 1965-1973 I know that he fathered at least one  child maybe up
to three. I know that the birth mother was in contact with my grandmother at
least once. By her account. My grandmother said that he left them as if they
didn't even exist. She had forgotten the birth mother's name. She had urged
him to bring her to America but my father was lets say screwed up. He in fact
has many children in the United  States that he doesn't even accept. I have
been trying to find anything  about them but my father never told me and my
grandmother was too old and couldn't remember. My father has now passed
away and i don't have much to  go off of but his name as i didn't really even
know him.  Anyway this is what i have.

> FATHER: Kenneth Herman Wagner (Army--Medical)
> Birth: Maryland
> GrandFather: Herman
> Grandmother: Nora

> My name is Dana

> I really need to be pointed in the right direction. I want to find
the  family that my father never wanted. I want them to know that there
are people here that still think of them and would not abandon them.
