I will not ask my dad for anything else. Do you have any other useful information that may help locate this person? My mother Pham Thi Huong (born in 1948) used to work at the Bien Hoa AFB NCO club in the later part of the 1960s. The only information I have about my father is that he worked at the Bien Hoa Air Force Base Weather Station. He left Vietnam in October 1969. In 1972, my mother gave me away then walked out of my life for good, I never really knew her. My adoptive mother had also passed away. The only thing I had of my father is the picture posted here and the few information that was written in the back, as I had described above.
